At the Western National Stock Show, are all the American trucks! No base models here. These grilled are out of control and not one of the display models are parkable at a local restaurant.
Thats my feelings. The design studios located in Detroitastan need to check themselves before their next effort yields a block with lines drawn on one end..
Oh wait. Too late.

The thing is, that grille is affecting vehicles that it’s not even sold near.
Look at this poor new Mitsubishi L200.
Last year it looked more in keeping of not attacking the eyes.

The ram trucks in the main event hall were nice. I very much loved this power wagon that they had.

I’ve really warmed to the mustache grille as long as it differentiates the high from the low trims. And Ram has the best looking trucks right now in my opinion.

That truck is gross. If Silverado 3500 and new rav4 had an ugly baby.....

Agreed with Ford coming in a distant second for me. Hell, even the DT rams still look great. GM needs its designers to put down the crack pipe. Also, i folded in the towing mirrors before taking the pic so it would look less obnoxious.

If im not mistaken, Audi started the grille thing, taking away the faux center plastic, then Hyundai started the agressive curvy with sharp character lines ala ‘10 Sonata, ‘11 Elantra, followed by all japanese auto design combining both to the present. BMW now has enlarged kidneys, and domestic beancounters still behind and wondering where to go...
